- Arq Mithai currently accepts orders for delivery all over India. Please note that our full menu is available for Delhi NCR region and a limited menu is available for the rest of India, based on logistical concerns.
- For all India delivery, our Mithais are Freshly made & immediately Packaged in Arq Pods to retain their Freshness, taste, & texture. In the unlikely case, if the Pods are excessively puffed or the plastic seal is broken, do not consume.
- Deliveries are usually made between 9 am and 9 pm on the date specified while placing the order. However, there is no precise timing that can provided for such delivery.
- No deliveries will be made on national holidays.
- The delivery will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one entered by the Customer.
- ArqMithai will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In the event of execution failure of such delivery, the customer shall continue to be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be possible. Failed deliveries will be redirected to the ArqMithai head office. The customer is advised to call +91 …….. to arrange pickup of his order.
- All orders will be deemed to be executed in the cases mentioned herein under:
- Incorrect/untraceable address
- Recipient not available
- Locked premises
- Wrong phone number; phone not working; cell switched off or not reachable
- Recipient refused the products
- Delivered the product at the gate/reception/neighbour
- In the event of floods, heavy rains or other extreme weather conditions, ArqMithai reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
NO CHANGE IN ORDER POST CONFIRMATION
- No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- ArqMithai prepares fresh products sent out for delivery, upon the receipt of an order. In such circumstances, cancellation of orders is not feasible. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the Customer. In case of cancellation of the order, no refund will be made.
REFUND POLICY FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS
- In case your amount was deducted from your account but transaction was not successful, then we will refund the amount at the earliest.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- If you feel that the taste and other attributes of the products are not as per your expectations, we request you to write to email@example.com clearly explaining why. This helps us in improving our quality to give you a better experience next time. However, ArqMithai retains the right to accept or deny the complaint on the basis of what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.
- Exchanges are not acceptable as items sold on our website are perishable products.
