Orders & Shipping Policy

 DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Arq Mithai currently accepts orders for delivery all across Delhi (NCR)
  • Please choose your delivery date and preferred timeslot at checkout.
  • No deliveries will be made on national holidays.
  • The delivery will not be redirected to any address other than the one entered by the customer while placing the order.
  • Arq Mithai will attempt delivery of the items once. If the customer is unavailable during the attempted delivery or fails to provide information of someone on-site to accept the items on their behalf, the items will be redirected back to Arq Mithai. The customer is advised to call +91-97111-55655 to arrange a pickup of their order - No refunds would be provided in such cases.
  • All orders will be deemed to be executed in the cases mentioned below:
        • Incorrect/untraceable address
        • Recipient not available
        • Locked premises
        • Wrong phone number, phone switched off or not reachable.
        • Recipient refused the products.
        • Delivery of the product anyone else authorized by the customer.
  • Deliveries might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases Arq Mithai reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • Arq Mithai utilizes a range of shipping and logistics partners for deliveries. Occasionally, there might be delays caused by these partners, situations that are beyond Arq Mithai's control. In such cases, Arq Mithai cannot be held responsible for these delays.

NO CHANGE IN ORDER POST CONFIRMATION

  • No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Arq Mithai prepares fresh products sent out for delivery, upon the receipt of an order. In such circumstances, cancellation of orders is not feasible. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the Customer. In case of cancellation of the order, no refund will be made.

REFUND POLICY FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS

  • In case your amount was deducted from your account, but the transaction was unsuccessful, we will refund the amount at the earliest to your original payment source.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • If you feel that the taste and other attributes of the products are not as per your expectations, we request you to write to celebrate@arqmithai.in clearly explaining why. This helps us in improving our quality to give you a better experience next time. However, Arq Mithai retains the right to accept or deny the complaint on the basis of what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.
  • Exchanges are not acceptable as items sold on our website are perishable products.
